Welcome

The Negroni Cocktail

Negroni is an Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part vermouth and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel. A traditionally made Negroni is stirred, not shaken; it is built over ice in an old-fashioned or rocks glass and garnished with a slice of orange.

The Negroni is a 100-year old classic, with thousands of variations and riffs.
Great Books were written about this cocktail and recipe books for some of its variations.
We wish you a joyful journey trying them out!
